会社案内

Kakkutsu-do values the cherished traditions of the past and fosters new encounters between sellers and buyers through antiques.

At Kakkutsu-do, we specialize in dealing with antiques, with a focus on calligraphy, paintings, and various valuable items. While we do purchase antiques, we also offer "consignment sales" to ensure these treasured pieces and find suitable buyers in the market. We prioritize connecting previous owners, the sellers, with the new owners, the buyers.

Kakkutsu-do will assist in facilitating encounters between new readers through rare books.

At Kakkutsu-do, we also handle used books, particularly rare editions that are hard to come by, in the fields of economics, sociology, and related social sciences. Our inventory is displayed on our website, but if you have any inquiries, we will be happy to provide further information.

Kakkutsu-do acts as a bridge between Japanese and foreign customers through antiques.

As a certified national interpreter guide (English), the shop owner conducts industrial inspection tours for foreigners, introducing them to Japan's traditional crafts (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry designated traditional crafts). Through these tours, we contribute to international exchange by connecting Japanese and foreign customers. If you have any inquiries, we can introduce you to the production sites of Japan's traditional crafts.
